What We Do

We began in 2016, after a 6 week stay at the hospital where my father was fighting for his life. When the dust settled, we had a "Good Talk", and Good Talk Ministries began.

Our Mission

Good Talk Ministries was started to provide the ability for anyone to come in, sit down, and have a good talk. At the core of it, Jesus Christ and Him crucified is the ultimate example of a "good talk". We believe there is no better example of having a good talk with someone, than sharing the gospel of Jesus with them.

End Times Espresso is an outreach of Good Talk Ministries. At End Times Espresso, our goal is to open the doors of communication regarding the end times. We believe the times we live in are perilous and that having an open form to discuss specific views on these times is important. We decided to not create a site that was like a Bible study in the sense of one person teaching one view and everyone else dealing with that one view. Instead, we wanted to make a site where anyone can come and join the discussion and share their views respectfully concerning the End Times. We don't believe any one person or group of people has it correct, nor do we fool ourselves into thinking that we have it all worked out. We simply desire this place to be a home for those to discuss their views and possibly learn another.

Let us be VERY CLEAR, eschatological views are not a salvation issue. You can believe in a pre-trib, mid-trib, or post-trib rapture and that doesn't change whether or not you will go to heaven. The Bible is crystal clear on how you get to heaven, and there is no miscommunication here: Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but by Him. (John 14:6).

I have seen the falling out of friends over theology, I have seen a split in a church over views concerning the end of days. I have seen people become so angry that there is yelling and screaming to the point of violence. It brakes my heart that people would maintain such pride and foolishness instead of love and understanding. If you have accepted Christ as your savior and Lord of your Life, then there should be no reason to get angry, or to fall out of fellowship over this.

So come in, pull up a chair, and join the discussion!

Declaration of Faith

  • The Trinity

We believe in the one true and living God manifesting in three offices; The office of the Father, the office of the Son, and the office of the Holy Spirit.

  • Jesus Christ

We believe in Jesus Christ. He is the Word, the Truth, and the Life. We believe that Jesus was the only begotten son of God. He was conceived of a virgin, lived a perfect and sinless life, was the propitiation for our sins, sits at the right hand of God the Father, and acts as an intercessor for us. We believe that Jesus will return and when He does, it will be as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Every knee will bow, and every tongue will confess that He is Lord (Philippians 2:10). We believe that there is no other way by which we can get to heaven and obtain eternal life but through Him.

  • The Scriptures

We believe that ALL scripture, both Old Testament and New Testament is the inspired word of God and is entirely true and infallible. We believe that the Word of God supersedes any earthly law that is contrary to the Holy Scriptures. If God has said it, it shall come to pass.

  • The Afterlife

We believe in a literal Heaven and a literal Hell and that all those who place their faith, hope and trust in Jesus Christ will spend eternity with the Lord God. Those who reject Jesus’ free gift of salvation will spend eternity separated from the Lord (Psalm 9:17; Matthew 5:3, 5:22, 18:9, 25:31-34; Mark 9:42-49; Luke 12:5; John 3:18; Hebrews 12:23; I Peter 1:4; Revelation 14:10-11, 20:11-15).
